Went to the store during business hours and it was closed. Confused I sent a kind message via Instagram so clarify when they will be open next. We chatted back and forth and they told me on Wed July 30th they'd have limited hours from 2-6p. I told them what time I'd be coming AND I called which it went straight to voicemail. So I came and they stood me up! When I reached out clearly upset, they responded rudely and were condescending. Zero accountability. Zero apology. Zero compassion for wasting my time. And honestly extremely condescending about calling as I did and they didn’t answer? I did what they asked and apparently it was wrong? The reason for their weird hours is because the owner is dealing with some personal things and I send my condolences to them. Yet whomever I spoke to seemed as if that means they can treat me however they want? I just got OUT of the hospital LAST WEEK and was hoping to utilize herbal medicine to help with what I've been going through but they decided to be rude. Clearly they don't care about following their own adjusted hours. Don't go here unless you want to be stood up and spoken to like garbage. Also I take accountability for my frustrations. However I give what I am given and if you are going to waste my time and stand me up after we agreed on a set time, then shame on you and again DO BETTER.

This is one of my favorite places to stop in, whether I know what I need or not. They’ve got an amazing variety of herbs, all organic and single vendor so you can trust what you’re getting. The owner’s knowledge is incredible, she’s not just selling you something, she actually helps you find what’s right for you (and what to avoid). She’s even made me custom tea blends, no extra charge, when I told her my specific challenges with stress and sleep. No joke, they worked, and tasted good. Pro tip: ask to see their rings! They have way more in stock than they can display, and I’ve found some of my absolute favorites there. I always seem to leave with a candle, a crystal, or some incense I didn’t even know I needed. I might be the reason their library always seems low lol, but they are constantly getting more in, so it gives me a reason to stop in. I’ve even popped in just to sit in their giant amethyst crystal chair for the good vibes.
