Merisa's knowledge on each ingredient and explaining to me what they do and how they benefit the body was incredible! She helped curate a plan to help my husband's bronchitis symptoms, focusing on his cough. Within 24 hours of my husband drinking the tea she recommended, his symptoms were finally manageable and he was able to get relief from his horrid cough. This will be my first stop for teas and herbal remedies, highly recommend this place and the lovely Merisa!

Such a bummer- I have been trying to get in here all week for some gifts that I am bit time crunched on. By the time I get off work they are closed, so today I left my lunch break 45 minutes early so I could make it there and pick up my things. I drove out of my way for nothing because there is a sign on the door that says “out to lunch- back at 3:15”. No mention of this on the Google page- it says “open”. Very very inconvenient and a huge drive back and forth for nothing. Will find another option.

No hello, no service, just smug self righteousness emanating from behind the counter. Maybe the girl in the mask thinks it’s still 2020 and she needs to be 6’ away from the customers. Never was talked to. Never acknowledged. Not what you’d expect from a small herbal apothecary where they’re dealing with healing. Stay away from here ! Or maybe the owner sees this and can address the extremely poor service.

Extremely poor customer service. My friend and I entered the shop and stood around for over 7 mins no one spoke to us or asked us if we needed help. Finally I asked the lady at the case register if they had any Rosemary oil and she snapped at me “over in the oil section”; didn’t bother to show me or tell me where that section might be, eventually a man walked over to us and showed us where the oils were. I picked out two oils , paid the stone faced women at the register for the product and we left. No goodbye! Worst thing when I got home both bottles of oil were not even half full with product. What a rip off!!!! Don’t bother gong to this shop what a major disappointment. I will never return. Very unhappy customer. You would think such a small shop would have better manners and would give the customer attest a full bottle of product. Guess not.
