As a fellow business owner and someone whos worked in customer service for years this was terrible! I asked the cashier before purchasing a lipgloss that was packaged if it was the lightest shade, the clear gloss she told me yes. So i proceeded with my purchase. I opened the lipgloss outside & the shade was black. I wasnt even out of the store for 3 minutes i walked back in to ask for a return and she told me the owner doesnt allow returns. There were no signs posted or anything that said no refund. If there are no signs posted, i am entitled to a refund in the state of New York. Your workers wouldve probably knew that if they were properly educated and didnt come into work high. Do better.
Cute little coven store, had all the essentials, lovely customer service too! Queens to Sleepy Hollow wasnt a bad drive either, definitely be back.

Name is Daniel I stopped in yesterday and told the owner how I keep finding the wrong type of person she was so helpful and friendly and her dog was adorable Im hopeful that what she sold me will work and bring me good results over all wonderful place
Cozy Coven is a lovely shop, with wonderful caring people. Alyse and Michael are delightful. Can't wait to come and check out the shop again soon!
