I wanted to share that my one on one Ayurveda wellness sessions with Josie have been super helpful. I now have a specialized daily routine for my body in the way I care for my internal and external health. I feel so much better and she was able to guide me to change some habits I have had for most of my life that were no longer serving me. Josie is amazing! I took Reiki I and II certification courses from her. She has a vast knowledge base, is empathetic, respectful, professional, and caring. Could not recommend enough!

Gorgeous shop! I love the thoughtful displays and detailed info that comes with each crystal. I have also had a Reiki session and training here with Josie and it was a wonderful experience
