I copy and pasted what the other lady said at the bottom of my review. I bought a stone necklace and braclet. I was literally doing the bathroom dance ???? after purchasing two items. The lady upfront was also rude and said that one bathroom was out of order (it was out of order the last time I went as well) and the other bathroom is for employees only. I felt like I was just another number to them as well. •••Greedy and rude—let me have your money and then yeah, get out, that’s all we needed from you. It wasn’t humane or spiritual at all. It felt just like a corporate store—greedy and impersonal. I’d rather utilize Etsy—you can find some great finds on there AND you don’t have to waste gas and excess money on some entitled, rude people at an overpriced shop. ??Other review I copied and pasted below. I’m not the only one who has had a poor experience here ?? ?? This lady did not watch me like a hawk (ie: like I’m going to steal something), but in the past I’ve had others Watch My Every Move. I’m like is this how you get customers to come back, treating them like they’re thieves, instead of actual people. Not an intelligent business move. I’ve been bleh about this place, but after reading the reviews and my experience today. Bad bookstore, unfriendly to customers. I bought a lot of books and asked to use the bathroom. They wouldn't let me. How can a woman deny another woman a bathroom? I think it's horrible... The bathroom was working normally, and I heard they wouldn't let customers use it. I won't be back and I don't recommend this store to anyone. It's not spiritual at all; customers are just money. I’m leaving two stars because I’ve come to the store for 20 years but yesterday I came to the store for a reading with Kelly and I have to be totally transparent It was the worst tarot reading I’ve ever had in my life. I left there with no answers, no solid guidance she basically reflected and mirrored what I had told her about the situation in the beginning. She was not in depth with the cards at all she stuttered and seemed very amateur at what she was doing, she is not clairvoyant. It was a waste of $60. Most of the reading was her pausing and looking up, not knowing what to say or what question to ask spirit and a lot of long drawn out “uuuhhhhhs” I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone else considering a tarot reading with Kelly because there are no testimonies listed. You don’t get to see reviews on the psychics to see which one might be a better fit for you and that was a really disappointing experience so if you have any experience with tarot whatsoever, you’re better off at ChatGPT giving you a reading or yourself.
