A+++++ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I ordered a few items for a wedding not realizing there wasn't expedited shipping, as I didn't plan well and was gift shopping at the last minute. I emailed HOI explaing the situation and asked if there was any chance they could put my order at the top of the list to ensure that these magic stones made it to my friends on time. To my surprise, they responded right away and got them in the mail before I had even gotten home from work to check my email. They were very nice, and, most importantly, the package arrived exactly on time. THANK YOU HOI! <3
I absolutely love this store! The location is tucked away despite being on Sunset Blvd and its like youre transported out of the busy city into a peaceful, tranquile oasis. The staff are incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and honest - even if they recommend something that isnt sold in their store. I ended up purchasing some incense and essential oils but I learned a lot about tarot and the history of the store. You can tell there was a lot of thought and time spent curating a vision for this community and I definitely recommend checking it out.
Capitalistic Cash Grab Crystals extremely overpriced staff doesn't know what crystals are on the floor received white sage in mystery box - didn't care that it recognized as a closed practice offered more white sage after not wanting
