This was my first time at Luna Rose Mystic Shop and Catalina was VERY helpful and gave us sooo much information and advice. Catalina has so much knowledge on crystals I will definitely be going back!! Love my experience at Luna Rose Mystic Shop ??
I went to luna mystic shop today she has a lot of nice items the owner was very knowledgeable will be returning for all my spiritual supplies her reading on point
Her customer service over the phone was amazing but when I showed up to the shop, not once, but twice nobody answered the door. Both times I showed up well before closing and the last time I called before hand to let her know around what time I would be there. She informed me her doorbell was broken and to knock loudly and she would respond. So I decided to go back and try again. I knocked loudly twice, with no response. I needed my supplies this evening and I did make her aware of that. Im not sure why she has the hours listed as 7pm as it seems that after 5 she is no longer available.
LOVE ..Love everything and let me tell yall she is genuinene. ..very sweet woman ..Lots of Blessings with Abundance yall better come on. May her family always stay Strong ,Healthy, and Happy..
