The staff here could not be sweeter or more helpful! I went in to pick up a gift for my mom for my wedding and they showed me their Hart-Variation collection and let me ask a million questions and talked me through the choice! I wish I would have gotten the persons name!!!! Thank you!!
Vibes were weird in here - having 2 locations with the same products feels inauthentic. Store was nice and clean, everyone there was friendly- Ive been going to these types of shops for 30 years- it would not shock me to hear this place is getting their stuff from unethical people or just flat out fake.
The store is awe inspiring and you can get lost in here for hours- a place I always bring friends from out of town to see! But its also a great place to stop by for a last minute gift- the staff are incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and do beautiful gift wrap!
I mean I love the one in SF, so this was a no brainer. You can't go wrong with a stop into Paxton Gate just to browse and see if anything catches your eye.
