Rocks&Gems is a hidden gem. They have great quality crystals with reasonably low prices. I bought a raw sapphire and lapis lazuli box. Had a great experience with the owner.
These folks are so kind! I ordered a lapis pen holder and it came right away with an unexpected gift! A lapis pen ???! They were LESS expensive than the wholesale lapis offered at the Tucson Gem Show! Plus, shipping was totally free! They sent a personalized note along with the well wrapped package. I plan on ordering more items! Trustworthy and reputable!
I stumbled upon this place after the other rock shop I was hoping to patron was closed. While the photos do not match the inventory displayed in store, I was so happy we discovered this "gem". I was able to find some lovely rough blue lapis earrings, and my young boys scored a red jade frog, lapis marble, and a beautiful green tourmaline gemstone. The owners enjoyed seeing the boys so enthusiastic about collecting and geology, and let them pick out a few free stones as well. So generous of them to do so- made my kids day! Not only are the prices low, but the quality is high. Your business supports wonderful people, and their friends and family who mine the gems, and make the products back home in Afghanistan by hand.
