I ordered a citrine point, received calcite. I also ordered lemurian quartz. Lemurian quartz is known for clarity and horizontal lines. The piece I received looks like it has sand paper glued to the back. Does not look authentic. I attempted to message them, received auto reply that the mailbox was not monitored. I was hopeful after their new start they would do better. Still selling fake products. Beware of scam!

I wouldn't shop here anymore. I used to get excited for these orders. After Athena took the company back, I wanted to support her by ordering a scoop. Well, the scoop was extremely underwhelming. It felt as tho the overstock product was just grabbed and stuffed together. I got many many duplicates of basic stones. Nothing special, nothing extra. Tried to post it to her Facebook page and was immediately blocked, tried to review on her site and the review was denied. It's extremely dishonest to continually delete and remove negative reviews from your business just to get customers to continue to purchase. You can get better quality and better variety with other businesses. I would suggest going to someone more truthful.

Magical Homecoming event with Athena's return to SG! ?? …

I was recently on one of the live gem sales on YouTube back in January. I only claimed a citrine ring for $17, but it was my first time on one of SageGoddesses live sales. I was told how to claim and pay for my claim. I downloaded the SageGoddess App and followed the instructions as I was told, but my order still says pending and I’ve entered my card information several times. I reached out by email several times and I also put in several ticket request on the app concerning my issue. I have not received an email in response and it’s February. The app has problems loading as well as the website. They don’t respond to your emails or ticket request. I must say this is a horrible experience and I’m not sure if I will be purchasing anything else for my spiritual needs.

I ordered my first ruby fuchsite harmonizer, not realizing that it only came as one individual piece. The website clearly shows a pair in the picture & with the price of $49.00 it only made sense it was a pair. The only way to tell otherwise was to read a very long winded description almost to the end, so this was very misleading. After several unsuccessful attempts to work with customer service on reduced shipping to get another, I decided to order a second anyways since one really did me no good. I just got the second one & it is quite a bit thinner than the first & slightly taller which is awkward to hold as a pair. The product itself overall is ok, but again I was extremely dissatisfied as a first time buyer with the customer service. I will not be ordering from this company again.
