The Green Man

My wife and I stopped in on our way to visit friends in San Diego. Parking was really hard to find and when we walked into the shop, the two ladies that were in there were sitting on stools talking about a reading one had done, perhaps by the other? It felt like a rather personal conversation. It was about ten minutes of this before they even asked if we needed any assistance. I feel they need to work on their customer service, and greet a customer upon entering the store. The selection was okay. Only a tiny amount of books and half of them were in Spanish. I did like the large meeting room. Most likely we will not go back next time we are in town.

Eclectic metaphysical shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Whether you’re into it or just curious, it’s a fun browse. Workshops are posted on a chalkboard by the counter. Prices are reasonable for unique items. Street parking was easy mid-afternoon.

I love this store. After a visit, I always feel a burst of positive creative energy. Thank you!

Magical nook worth making a trip for; conveniently also near Magnolia Blvd, so if you’re in Burbank for vintage, Halloween supplies or the Mystic Museum, walk over for lovely chat, gem pieces, candles, books and herbs.
